the righttrack blog

When we said we planned to write a blog, some people commented 'don't you have enough to write?' The answer is yes, of course - writing plays a huge part of what we do. However, launching our own blog enables us to demonstrate our creative ability and provide you with useful learning tips that are weaved throughout the bi-weekly blogs.

We wanted to challenge ourselves creatively and, at the same time, to provide a blog that reflected learning and development. What we do.

So we have written our blog in the form of a soap - the main fictional characters being four graduates who share a house together in Birmingham. The stories centre on their lives, both at work and play, and through them we appreciate that life is nothing more than a huge learning experience.

Through our fictional characters, (click on each one to view their profiles) Finley McKenna, Carla Jones, George Hempsey and Carlton Drew, we learn that there are those special 'light bulb' moments throughout most days - whether in the workplace or at the pub, we learn something new everyday.

So read the blogs, posted every Tuesday and Friday by our characters, and as their lives unfold, perhaps you will post comments on the board and even suggestions to how future episodes could be shaped and what lessons you would like to see woven into the story.

Enjoy.
